Rotator cuff repair

Rotator cuff repair is a surgical treatment option for patients that have full thickness, full width tears or patients with partial tears that have failed to respond to non surgical management. Rotator cuff repair was traditionally performed through an open incision. It is now possible to perform rotator cuff repair with arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery.  This technically demanding surgery involves a number of steps and process to release, mobilise and complete the repair.  See below.
